Pablo Martínez-Arroyo was a professional basketball player (1990 –  2000) developing his career in Spain, Italy and France and being part of the Club Estudiantes squad that reached Euroleague Final Four (1992). He has never left his connection with the world of basketball, becoming one of the architects of the Fundación Baloncesto Colegial (FBC), with 9 Spanish cities and more than 200 schools involved in its different programs for the last 15 years.

Looking for the pillars of Team’s Trust, Pablo also became one of the founders of TSC in 2006, a consulting company that has developed a specialized method of in-company courses called Business and Sport Training. Sports analyst at El País and Spanish National Television (RTVE), and visiting professor at IE Business School since 2005, he’s also one of the partners of the Spanish PNI Institute, a cutting-edge project based on Clinical PsychoNeuroImmunology.
